If you did not wish to have a private function we simply recommend arriving
prior to 8.30pm to avoid a queue on a Friday or Saturday
-we never have a cover charge, and we never make the Garden private during our regular
trading hours so it is always open to everyone to enjoy.

The best chance of getting a great spot is to pop down before 6:30pm.
Be sure to send us an email and let us know you are coming, so that we can staff
accordingly if there is going to be more than 20 of you coming.

FOR THOSE THAT LOVE TO PLAN AHEAD

We can reserve one or two of the Garden tables each night,
each one being suitable for about 10 people and there is no booking fee.

You may reserve any time up until 7pm but make sure you are on time as
the tables won’t be held past the reserved time if you are not here.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

Option 1 – THE DEN

This area is suitable for 20 to 50 people with a hire fee of $50

We offer The Den privately on:

• Thursdays with a minimum spend of $300.
You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours, not exceeding 12am
-excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays.

• Fridays and Saturdays with a minimum spend of $300.
You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours, not exceeding 11pm
-excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays.

You do not have to relocate at 11pm on a Friday or Saturday
– The Den just becomes open to the public.

It is advisory with this option to let all guest know to arrive
prior to 8.30pm on a Friday and Saturday to guarantee entry into the venue as it
will not be guaranteed after this time if we are at capacity.

Pre-Arranged Function Food is to be served prior to 9pm.

• Sunday’s are available but please ask regarding costs and terms and conditions
– excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays

Option 2 – THE GREEN ROOM

GREEN ROOM small

This area is suitable for 50 to 120 people and has a room hire fee of $100.

We offer The Green Room privately on:

• Thursdays with a minimum spend of $1000.
You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours, not exceeding 12am
-excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays.

• Fridays and Saturdays with a minimum spend of $500.
You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours, not exceeding 7pm
-excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays.

You do not have to relocate at 7pm on a Friday or Saturday
– The Green Room just becomes open to the public.

Pre-Arranged Function Food is to be served prior to 7pm.

• Sunday’s are available but please ask regarding costs and terms and conditions
– excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays

Option 3 – THE WHOLE VENUE

You may have The Fitzroy Beer Garden entirely privately, or part thereof,
outside our regular trading hours or on a Monday or Tuesday between 12pm and 12am with P.O.A.

This is excluding public holiday eve’s and public holidays

CATERING OPTIONS

If you would like food options for The Den or The Green Room you are very welcome
to order from our Function Food Menu,or off our Bar Menu on the day.

We can offer a 3 Hour Drinks Package ($35pp) a 2 Hour Food/Drinks Package ($40pp)
and a 3 Hour Food/Drinks Package ($60pp/max 70 people )

We also offer BBQ Lunch Functions from 12pm to 4pm on any available day for a
minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 50 – no minimum spend required.

TO NOTE

All functions must commence within 30 minutes of the specified start time,
or else you will forfeit your right to have the booked area privately.

Please note that we do not make the Garden private except when hired as a full venue hire
– see option 3.

You must leave a credit card and driver’s license at the bar upon arrival,
but you may pay however you like at the end of the function should you need to.

For the duration of your function, you may hire one of our DJs
or make use of our background music.

All private functions have a non-refundable Room Hire Fee to confirm your booking.

BE ADVISED:

• Certain functions will incur Crowd Control and/or other costs

• Your function is not confirmed until your Room Hire Fee is paid
and we have a valid Letter of Agreement

• Should you order function food,
all function food will be served prior to the Private Function close time

• Function Food is only available for privately booked functions

• We do not usually allow under 18’s. Please ask us if you need to discuss this.

• We practise Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA),
and reserve the right to refuse service.

• Functions without a valid Letter of Agreement are classified as
general entry customers and not as a function.

• No pets.

• No karaoke.

• No confetti or glitter of any kind
or you will be charged a $140 cleaning fee.
